Justin Botillier

Justin Botillier is the CEO of Calyx CPA LLC in Southern Oregon. With more than twenty years of experience advising small business owners, he has built a national practice focused on the cannabis industry. Before recreational legalization, Justin was among the first accounting professionals to publicly advocate for the cannabis industry. In 2016, he sold his general practice to focus exclusively on cannabis. Today, he works with operators across the country to navigate the impact of IRC §280E using aggressive but defensible tax strategies.
